I bought this after my last toaster caused an electical outage in part of the house! Wondering what the problem was I traced it to the toaster tripping an RCD switch but not the fuse! This warehouse deal arrived the next day on a Sunday in perfect condition. The important thing is that it does toast, evenly and consistantly across the slice of bread and on both sides. The controls are firm with a good spring action that lets you know that it has popped up. Does not seem to take any longer than the expensive1500 watt toaster it replaced that was only 2.5 years old.

Correcto. Solo tuve que comprar un adaptándotelo para enchufe UK. Es enorme. Se ensucia y es muy difícil limpiar las ranuras.

Looked like it was opened before pack cracked, wire inside machine unwiered, there is even plug inside which doesn’t match the machine Terribly shocked!

Our De’Longhi kettle broke after 10 years+ of daily use, so we bought this Swan symphony kettle and toaster set as a replacement. As soon as I got them out of the box I could tell that they were no where near as sturdy as our old ones. They weigh a lot less and feel cheaply made. Don’t get me wrong they look great, but I fear that they will not last for more than a few years.
The toaster works fine, although the slots are fairly narrow, so I struggle to git larger items in it, such as bagels. It cooks toast very evenly, right up to both ends. It is very quiet, which is a plus, as our old one was fairly loud when popping up. I don’t like the indent around the top, it gets full of breadcrumbs and is a pain to clean.
All in all then set is OK for the price, but I definitely wish I would have spent a little more and bought a De’Longhi set instead.

Had the symphony kettle so already knew how easy the outside was to keep clean, although it’s plastic it’s such a nice swirly design it doesn’t look plastic. Have had this a few weeks now & pleased the toast is always an even colour . Takes seconds to pull crumb tray out & wipe outside with dry cloth & looks like new again .

Stylish looking toaster, doesn’t take much space on your kitchen top and is easy to use. It is been more than 6 weeks since I have it, no complaints so far. However; it’s not as sturdy as it looks, made up of plastic and is light weighted. Good value for money thu 👍🏼
