Super easy to put together, the arm is nice and stiff, the swivel head is solid steel, with a nice heavy base plate. Impressive quality for such a great price. Would highly recommend to everyone

Goes together easily and at first glance seems very sturdy – works well with an iPhone but unfortunately it was purchased to use with a tablet and for that purpose is unsuitable. The arm droops even when tightened as much as possible. Should maybe be listed as a phone stand rather than tablet stand. Will be returning immediately.

Very stable, can easily use touch screen, device is very secure and easy to tilt/swivel. I use it next to bed… helps me maintain better resting position. Raising device higher also helps with my hearing impairment.
Didn’t want a TV in bedroom but stream programmes at night from tablet … stand makes such a difference. Love it!

J’ai acheté ce pied pour pouvoir regarder un film sur ma tablette ou pour faire des vision très aisément et au final, je me suis retrouvé à l’utiliser pour faire de vidéos face cam avec mon téléphone, à n’importe quel endroit.
Je trouve ce système bien plus intéressant qu’un trépied photo normal, surtout pour un téléphone. La base du pied est bien moins large qu’un trépied photo standard, donc on peut placer le pied où l’on veut sans que cela gêne de trop mais aussi, le fait qu’il n’y a qu’une seule tige au milieu du pied évite qu’on se le prenne quand on passe à côté, contrairement à un trépied photo où l’on tape dans le pied dès que l’on passe un peu près.
Bien sûr, ce pied ne vous permettra pas de supporter une gros appareil photo. Un smartphone oui mais un reflex, je ne pense pas. Ceci dit, un petit apn devrait ne pas trop faire basculer le pied. Mais il vous faudra un support différent pour le fixer au pied.
Si vous avez un espace restreint mais que vous voulez faire des vidéos ou regarder des films sur une tablette, ce trépied sera parfait !

This is a great piece of kit!! I suffer with hand pain, and some nights I really struggle to hold my kindle. I bought this, even though my partner thought it would be a waste of money, and it’s wonderful. Even he is impressed with it. So sturdy, easy to use, and can go low enough for me to ‘cosy’ down into bed, and have the kindle right infront of me. Such great value for money. It has a heavy stand, so it won’t knock over easily, but light enough to move away, when it’s not needed. It’s fab!

Bought this for my iPad when I moved due to limited space for a tv in my bedroom. This is perfect for laying in bed and watching tv. My only criticism is that although the base is heavy it does occasionally topple over so it is best to weigh down the base with something else so you don’t end up with a broken iPad.

I use this for holding my ipad (mini) when reading books, it’s great AND we now use it on my big ipad when having Facetime conversations with our friends in France…which tend to go on a bit as the wine goes steadily down! Every home should have one…and a very good price too.

Far, far better quality than expected, really is super sturdy!
Easy to assemble and has a 3 year warrenty.
Bought this as my mum has issues with her arms following strokes, so sometimes has pain when playing her favourite games or browsing the web on her tablet.. this has worked a treat. By attaching the top pole directly to the base, it’s the perfect height for use while she’s on the sofa and she can add the second pole when looking at recipe’s while cooking.

The unit is unfit for purpose. The ball bracket does not support the weight of an iPad so constantly droops down. If you move the iPad towards you it moves out of its centre of gravity and will fall over. There is nothing you can do except put a large weight on the pedestal. It’s a huge design fault in something so simple….it has one job….to stand up and it can’t do that. AVOID.
