To hold Hauwei mediapad T3 10″ tablet with wallet style cover in Mitsubishi Colt. Held this fairly heavy tablet 472g in place well. The suction cup clamp is sturdy with strong adhesionbut best on glass surface only which limits options re positioning. The colt’s dash is textured so one would need a adhesive mounting disc to locate the holder centrally on the dash amazon item 4P8CM+6PCM. I think it wise to have the final position of the lower edge of the tablet resting on a solid surface of the car interior to help weight bearing and avoid jiggle which will occur due to nature of the device geometry and rubberized mounting sytem. I dont like the awkward two handed tablet clamping system needed to secure the tablet in place but I wanted to avoid the only other easy alternative system of magnetic attachments which involve modifying the tablet or tablet cover. I have housed the tablet in the right corner of the colt because there is a convenient bit of frontal quarter window for the suction cup to latch onto. Not ideal eg if you want to run an aux cable. I have the tablet fairly low in my drivers field of view partly so its not too obvious and distracting to passers by. I am a bit self concious of a 10 inch tablet in a compact car also 😉 Good product but would have choosen CD slot holder over this but I want to listen to CDs. It will be very easy to relocate the device or uninstall..use the little black pull tab to unattach the very powerful sucker with a strong prolonged force. Its a large device so you are advertising it in the car. No way round that. Good well manufactured and designed sturdy product.

Pro: 1. Very sturdy and appears to have been made with good quality plastic, thick and hard. 2. Although it didn’t came with instructions (which put me off a bit), it was actually pretty simple. Connect the 2 items together, clockwise and counterclockwise to loosen or tighten. Very user friendly. 3. Suction for windshield is very strong. I’m not afraid of the tablet dropping off. 4. As it looks in the picture, it can hold a Samsung galaxy tab S4 and S2 which looks amazing… like a mini cinema in the car. 5. Although it said for tablets, as you can see, it fits my samsung S10 plus without a problem.
Cons: 1. It will not work in my dashboard. I even tried wiping the dashboard with alcohol for it to stick but it just won’t. It will not stick apart from the windshield, windows and stereo screen (which you will not be able to use the touch screen or change station if you stick it there, I’ve tried). 2. If you use the tablet, it does block you view of the road so i would not advice. I tried the 7″ and put it on the driver side but it is still blocking my view. I would stick to the phone since it fits anyways.

It does exactly what you expect. Good range of size support. Very flexible in terms of fitting options.
I needed to swap it between my cars yesterday…. It took a LOT of effort to get it off the screen. This is a good thing, because I am certain that it’s never going to suddenly drop off like some I have had in the past.
Seriously sturdy and good screen adhesion.

Just an update 21st June 2022: Due to obnoxious neighbours whom wage a campaign of hatred because I am Tibetan Buddhist. Persistently harassing me and my family, complained about my phone and iPad bracket and phone bracket in the window. These are used one phone translates while my iPad I converse with my mentors and teacher on zoom. Police insist I remove the brackets and phone and iPad.
So update review Tried placing all brackets on the wall so they are still head height and easy reach for translation. Wasn’t happy with them on the wall, taking them off the wall, they took a lot of the paint from the wall stuck to the bottom of the sticky pads. Gutted destroyed three sets of brackets all in less than fifteen minutes.
But wait………. having poured hot water from the taps……. I can happily verify not only were they difficult to remove from the wall. After cleaning them up, there is absolutely no damage what so ever. They all still hold extremely strong to the my desk, and still give me problems removing them.
This is after wallpaper with paint stuck firmly to the suction cup. If you are looking for a good strong phone or tablet bracelet……..invest in the “Pldh pro”. I guarantee it won’t go anywhere unless strong force is applied to remove. This will not fall from your car windscreen. Completely reliable.

Mi coche es muy antiguo y antes usaba uno que se encajaba donde sale el aire pero se han roto las patillas del plástico del coche, así que necesitaba uno con ventosa para apoyarlo en el salpicadero por arriba o en la luna. Este es perfecto para mi, uso el Samsung Fold 5, que puede ser móvil o se puede abrir y también mini-tableta y es el único que encaja con las medidas. La instalación fue sencilla, aunque de todas las opciones solamente voy a usar la de ventosa, es muy resistente y a penas se mueve en baches y me ha sorprendido porque parecía muy poco robusto. Poner y quitar la tablet es muy rápido y además tiene un montón de opciones de personalización con las distancias, la verdad una joya para el precio que tiene.
