This is our third or fourth Tassimo and we’re all addicted to our morning tassimo, be it hot chocolate with espresso and creamer, or without creamer. My personal favourite is three creamers interspersed with two decaf espressos, tsp each of sweetener and Cadbury’s hot chocolate powder.

I love my Tassimo coffee machine that I have at home in UK. So many choices of great coffee. I spend long holidays with our family in WA and have tried several different coffee machines but have been disappointed by the flavours of the coffee so…… I treated myself to a Tassimo to keep over here. It arrived quickly and although it is difficult to find the pods in Australia I can now enjoy my perfect cuppa!

Yes the cappuccinos are tiny but they are delicious. The one in the photo is under 250 ml. I know this due the volume size of the glasses I bought to use with the machine. The hot chocolates come to about 250ml but the lattes are larger at about 300- 320ml. For the price and ease of use, I cannot really complain about drink size. The machine is compact and simple. Just switch on, add the coffee pod (in that order) and you are good to go. The instructions are abysmal but like everyone else, I went to YouTube. And that does not detract from the actual machine. The coffee pods are quite expensive but I only have one coffee a day so they should last a while. Overall I am very happy with this machine and now look forward to my morning coffee each day!

Ordered this product in the morning and received it within the evening! Gobsmacked at the speedy delivery. Arrived in intact packaging but sadly didn’t work! The orange light came on but wouldn’t start the initial cleaning process. Called Amazon and they were super helpful.. sent a replacement immediately. Waiting on the replacement to arrive with fingers and toes crossed!! Will update accordingly
UPDATE: 5 stars for both Amazon customer service and for the machine! was replaced so quickly and without a fuss.. the new coffee machine works well. Does what it’s supposed to do! Neat little piece of equipment, can be tucked away, doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. I’m happy with my purchase!

Wow this coffee machine is amazing I have had loads of coffee machines over the years but this latest one the sunny is the best I have owed the coffee taste is superb and it’s easy to use the manual is a bit confusing so I went to YouTube and found loads of help videos they made this simple and up and running in 5 min 🤭😬 just great I am over the moon 🤭

I bought this as a gift from overseas but it’s not a fresh piece. It’s been opened and doesn’t not contain any of the packaging for a new piece. It would’ve been okay if it was mentioned as opened item.

Love this easy to use coffee machine. TIP: Make sure the lid is always open before you first turn the power on so that the barcode window can register each function chosen! If you try to power on and operate whilst the lid is closed it won’t work. So open lid, then power on, pod in and cup in, close the lid, then press button to start process. Open lid when orange light stops flashing, change pod if needed e.g. to creamer then close lid and repeat. Tassimo also have a brilliant customer service phone line. Clean barcode window inside lid with washing up liquid. Descale after 3 months approx which takes 30 mins.
