I bought this kettle in January 2025 and I loved the look of it and it’s keep warm function. There’s only me and my husband so the kettle doesn’t get used that much as my hubby drinks coffee and he has a coffee machine so there’s only me that drinks tea so like I said the kettle doesn’t get used much but yesterday the 12th April 2025 the kettle went off we have checked the fuse but nothing it’s totally dead so I’m really disappointed it hasn’t even lasted 3 months. So for this reason I would not recommend this Taylor Swoden kettle.

I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, overall it’s working, but the touch buttons needs several press to start working. The decorating stainless steel strip is coming of. Considering it’s on a higher price scale I would expect more.

If i could give this item 0 I would. After reading the reviews I decided to purchase this item. When it arrived the seal on the box was already broken so obviously it had been opened previously. After looking at the item it looked new and could see no cosmetic damage. I read the instructions and then filled the kettle just over half full. Switched it on and not longer after even before it had started to boil…It tripped the electric. After further inspection I then noticed there was water leaking from the bottom and it was leaking quite a lot. That was obviously why it was tripping the electric. Had I of not been careful or not have known what I was doing it could of been quite dangerous.

Most kettles now only last a few years now, I’m hoping this one will last longer. It looks great, unusually shows Tempersture as it heats, also very very quiet. It has a built in filter. No on off switch, just a touch screen. So far so good.
