Review for – Tefal Loft TT760840 4-Slot Toaster/Black Slice, Plastic, 1700 W. Compared to out old toaster, this unit looks smart. It does toast very evenly in all slots and I like the simple one knob rotary adjustment for all slots. I did knock off one star because the markings on the rotary knob are not the easiest to read and this toaster does not that the ability to lift the toast (to check browning level) without cancelling the toasting. This was a very useful feature & sadly missed. There was little mention in the description but the walls of the toaster do remain cool to the touch. Overall, I’m pleased with this purchase and expect reliability from a brand name.

Toasts evenly, sturdy and we’ll built. Takes thick bread well but I wish the slots would be just 1cm longer.. Great toaster though. Highly recommend

Nice looking toaster but doesn’t come with Australian standard plug. I was looking in the description but it doesn’t mention this anywhere 😕 Sent it back it’s useless for me ….

This toaster is cheaply made – looks great externally but very tinny on the heating mechanics. Doesn’t take the bread down in the holder – i have to help push it in. Makes a frightening bang noise on completion of the toasting cycle. I’m NOT please totally with this product. My old toaster was sturdy, solid, took in and toasted my bread properly. I expected better from this company and product in terms of performance and quality.

Bought this to replace an old shop branded toaster as we needed a 4 slice one.
It seems well made, looks fine, it toasts pretty evenly and has a defrost function as well as another keep warm which I haven’t used to date.
The crumb trays come out easily and are easy to clean.
Pretty happy with it, the only grip is that it cant lift the items higher to get them out, smaller items need to be a case of flick up and catch it rather than it poking out enough to get hold of it. Yes they state it does this but in reality it doesn’t

Bought this as a gift for my parents as their old toaster was on its last legs. Was a bit apprehensive as may have looked a bit plastic/cheap looking but was very pleasantly surprised. It looks so classy, is built well and works amazingly. Am now thinking that maybe I could do with one…
