    Every fifth or sixth time the blender is used, the blades fall off. I use the blender daily, which means about once every week or so the contents of the blender wind up all over my kitchen counter. It doesn’t matter how carefully I handle it, or how many times I test the seal by clicking the blades into place. Sometimes the blades come off as the jug is being lifted from the base unit, and my breakfast shake fills the well of the base. Cleaning up the mess is beyond tiresome, and I hate the waste of my ingredients.

    This blender is not fit for purpose. I would bin it, but I’ve only had it three months so I’m going to try and get a refund. I’m simply done having my breakfast, my mood and my mornings ruined by this appliance from Hades.

    I did my research before I bought it.
    It makes wonderful smoothies quickly and isn’t too noisy. Really easy to use and solid. I like the glass jug. Great price. I would definitely recommend.
