This is a quality product, and getting it on a lightning deal made it even sweeter. It is compact and looks well-built too. It can accommodate thick slices so sourdough loaves are easily dealt with too. Easy to clean and decent heat-level configurability as well. What’s not to like?!!

Upsides:
– It’s huge and will fit “most” types of sliced bread sideways. – Bread width is not a problem. – Chunky retro style (subjective). – Easy to use. – Different toasting levels are useful. – The rack that holds the bread is perfectly centred which ensures both sides are toasted evenly. – Lift function works great. – Has crumb trays that are easy to remove and clean.
Downsides:
– It’s huge! Needs a lot of counter top space. – An extra 3/4 inch on the bread compartments would make sure it fits “all” types of sliced bread sideways. – Build quality is just average. – Uneven toast until you’ve used it a few times. The heating element seems to have a break-in period before performing at it’s best. – Crumb trays are removed from the back, not the front. Not a huge issue but something that could be improved. – Crumbs will get in the gap between the metal and the plastic on the top and that space is not easy to clean.
Overall, does what it says it does but in it’s current price range I don’t think it’s especially good value. You are paying more for the brand name. If you “really” like the appearance then it will be worth it to you and will function as expected.

I bought this for my Mother in Law whose toaster gave up when we were visiting her for a few days. I cannot fault Amazon, who delivered it the following day, and though she was delighted with it, it really doeas toast one side of the bread significantly more than the other. I found a setting of 3 gave a ‘borderline acceptable’ browning of one side, with as much as I would want to be ‘browned’ on the other. This meant a slight ‘softwood colour’ tanning on one side and deep mahogany shade on the other. However, as I wrote earlier in this review, Mother in Law seemed happy with it, so it was a ‘win’ overall.

I recently purchased this kettle and it’s been a fantastic addition to my kitchen. Been a Tefal consumer for quite sometimes and always satisfied with its quality. The glossy premium black, finish and sleek design give it a modern look that complements my countertop beautifully.

Fast boiling with 3000w power. definitely faster than my old kettle and i love how quiter it is vs my old one.
User-Friendly Design: The 360° rotational base makes it easy to place and lift the kettle from any angle.
Double Viewing Window: I appreciate the double water-level indicators, which allow me to see how much water is inside from either side—a small but thoughtful touch.
