This is the third different garden vacuum and blower that we’ve bought. This was the least expensive and best we’ve had. The last one we had was a big name, double the price but not as good as this one.
The positives. It is lightweight. This is so important as it can be hard work to swing back a forwards a heavy vacuum for any length of time. This weight is especially good for older people or anyone with a bad back!
It is easy to put together, plug in and start. No complicated instructions.
It picks up leaves and garden rubbish well and the collection bag (whilst smaller than some other models) does hold enough for a good 20 minute clean.
It blows as well as collects. This is very useful to blow rubbish from awkward places and then hoover up. For example we blow the wood chippings out from under our log burner before collecting them.
It has a shoulder strap which not only helps take the weight but also to swing the vacuum as you hoover.
The negatives. It is noisier than other models. To start with we were concerned there was something wrong but we’ve had this now for over a year and the noise hasn’t changed – it is just noisier than expected but not so much that you have to wear ear defenders.
The other slight negative is that it does pick up a few stones. We have a gravel section in the garden and we have to be careful it doesn’t collect all the stones as well as the leaves.
All in all a very good buy for the price and it’s negatives are far outweighed by how light it is to use. Would definitely recommend.

Within a few days of the review below being posted the firm contacted me and asked me to confirm what was wrong with my machine. I told them and they immediately replaced it and asked me to dispose of the old one. What great service. I have not yet used the new leaf blower/sucker as it’s not been appropriate to do so. However, I have changed my rating to 5 stars and updated the review below for the following reason. The customer service department were excellent and very helpful.
I have this morning used this machine for the second time. The first time I used it I thought it was brilliant! Not overly noisy and the blowing option and particularly the vacuuming option were very effective and efficient. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case, the sucking option is still working (although not as well as it did!) but the blowing option is now pathetic. I might as well waft a piece of paper. I would welcome someone getting in touch with me.

Quite impressed although there are a couple of niggling design issues. This unit is easy to put together and the bag capacity is fine otherwise you end up with too big a bag swinging around. The sucking capacity is OK even with slightly damp leaves. Blower works really well and helps to shift leaves out of stubborn places.
The two downsides are sort of linked, firstly the muncher wheel is plastic and struggles with larger items which lead to blocking of the main suction tube which leads to the second fault which is that the main tube does not detach without unscrewing it (as this is screws into plastic it’s not meant to come off. This means unblocking it is a pain.
This unit has the capacity to suck loads up but the bigger stuff blocks it up too easily. Not convinced it would be much use with horse chestnut tree leaves but too early in the year to tell yet. I still have to sweep the majority of big stuff up first and then for the little stuff it’s great.

Screw heads required to fix had no screwdriver known to man that could possibly wind them in… that’s the only negative, (you don’t really need the screws as it all clicks together well) sucks well, blows well, mulches marvellously… for a bargain price dows an amazing job ☺️ super happy
