I’ve got to admit i was a little sceptical about these hedge trimmers being powerful enough to do the job, but man was i wrong to be like that, these are brilliant they cut through some tough branches of overgrown bushes with ease (as the saying goes like a knife through butter) and as a result i would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone who wants one these are fantastic and are good on the charge lasting aswell as them charging quickly, these are a keeper without a shadow of a doubt I’m so glad i went for these ones and not a cheeper set that i was looking at.

Wanted cordless and lightweight. When these arrived I thought they were more flimsy than lightweight, but having used them now for a few days to cut my long hedges I’m quite pleased with the quality for the price. I still have more hedges to do so fingers crossed they continue to work this way. They came with 2 batteries so once charged it’s easy to just swap them over. That said, the life of the batteries is pretty good.

Works a treat, does exactly what it says on the tin ( pun) it’s so easy to put together once you charge up the battery, it’s lightweight and cuts through grasses and hedges, even thick stemmed hedging of approx 15 mm. It’s easy to charge up the battery for a couple of hours or so and the bottom part slides in with a click into the trimmer machine, with a two-mechanism part to start the blades moving and cutting. Well designed and is good energy saver. Having cut through two corded electric hedge trimmers, this time i bought this one that was cordless, i think I’m better suited to a cordless hedge trimmer, this is my first buy and I’m very pleased with the performance so far with managing my gardening.

Ordered this as my daughter had cut through my corded one! Really pleased with the quality of it, have given it its maiden outing and it easily copes with smaller branches but I found it struggled a bit on any branches that were bigger than thumb width ( which in fairness is quite thick). It’s got a good length of battery time and the battery charger is very easy to use. It also has a safety guard of the top handle for extra protection. Performance wise I am very pleased with it, it’s perfect for my usage but just be aware that if you have thick branches to cut you might need something a bit more powerful.

This hedge cutter is great. I was dubious when purchasing as so low price, but for my needs it’s perfect. I have tried a cordless Stihl cutter before but it was soo heavy, I struggled to use it. I’m a female who wanted a cordless hedge cutter to cut a low 5 metre ivy bush, 2 privit hedges and a red Robin hedge when they get untidy. This has made the job so easy!! One battery is enough for all those hedges. I’m not recommending it for thick branches but for my requirements it didn’t struggle once.

My corded hedge trimmer gave up the ghost after some 25+ years of hard work, in all those years I only ever cut the cable once by mistake. So when looking for a replacement I did consider another cable unit but weight was the deciding factor. They are just too heavy to use for long periods the older you get. This item is lightweight, easy to handle and having used it today it cuts as well as the corded one it replaces. Not sure what the battery life is exactly but it did a hedge that was about twelve feet long, four feet high and grossly overgrown, in its stride with not a stutter. It came with two batteries and I bought a third so that as one goes down it can go on charge and with the three in rotation you are ready for a lot of hedge trimming in a day. I have found it can’t cut 15mm thick stems, well not easily, but I never thought it would. All in all it’s not a bad buy, but only time and use will tell and my main concern is that you will be unable to source replacement batteries for it in the long term but then the big name brand’s have the same issues and change the battery design to get you to buy again. I’m happy with it, so far, it is easy to use and not a bad price for what you get.

Very sturdy, easy to use and move about, great performance, looks nice lightweight to hold. Decent speed to cut the branches enough versatility to cut hedges that are fairly thick, bramble bushes, ivy tall grass.
