Its great toaster as someone else said it takes large slice bread from leading make just put it on its side instaid of stood up .one downside i faced was that i like warbatons potato cakes and find it dont lift high anuff to get them out but bit of being careful with it turned off at wall fixes that issue and ghat why it lost a star from me over all happy with it toasts bread well aswel

Works well so far with good toasting selection on most types of bread. Been informed since that it is no good for crumpets as they stick to the cage and do not appear out of the slot as the lift is too low so they have to unplug and use an implement in the cage to release the crumpets.

Love the colour of this toaster . Feels solid. Fits my occasionally overly long artisan bread. Perfect for us as hubby likes his toast barely warm and I like mine toasted in colour. As you can see it toasts evenly.

If like me you’ve been searching and searching for a toaster that actually takes a normal sized slice of mass produced bread (Warburtons Toastie, there are other brands) this toaster is the one for you. Looks great, works well and toasts to perfection. Not the cheapest on the market, but still real value for money as it does what I require and I don’t have to keep turning the bread over and burning the middle to get cooked ends.

I took a long time pondering over which 4 slot silver (to match my kettle) toaster to choose.
I am really pleased with this one.
The browning level dial clicks satisfyingly upon turning. The numbers are large & clear. (My last Breville one was impossible to read.)
It does the same functions as every other toaster, reheat, frozen & cancel.
So far the bread’s fit. I’ve always put mine in sideways??? 🤷🏼♀️
The push down thingy goes slightly up further to raise the toast or crumpet.
The toast is pretty even when it’s done.
So I’m very happy with this average priced toaster. 😁
