I received my new phone today. However, I am unable to add Contacts.
I was unable to transfer the contacts from my old phone to this new phone.
So now I need to manually add new contacts. But I’m unable to do that!
Using the phone, within “CONTACTS”, I click on “ADD” to add a new contact. I’m then given two options (1)Phone and (2) SIM1. I click “PHONE”.
I’m then presented with the following options…
Modify Icon Name Mobile Home Number Unclassified Default Ring Tone
At the bottom of the screen before I even choose any of the above options, there’s two buttons….SAVE or BACK.
As I’ve not even been allowed to insert contact details yet like name or number, there is nothing to SAVE as I’ve not even added any contact information yet! For such a simple phone, It’s so confusing.
So I click on “NAME” thinking I’ll add my contact name, however, When NAME is highlighted, I can only click SAVE, still at this point I haven’t even typed the persons contact name!
When I click SAVE the following message appears…”Name or Mobile Number can’t be empty”. There is no option to add a name or number?? What kind of cheap phone is this??

Honestly, this phone is amazing and so easy to use. What caught my eye the most was how many tools it had, ranging from a radio to even an inbuilt calculator, this device has it all. Furthermore, the screen clarity and size is perfect, neither too small or too big. It is the perfect gift for any senior citizen and I cannot recommend it enough!

Very simple to use, everything you’d hope for on a phone like this. Big responsive buttons, clear screen and menu and loud speaker. The SOS button on the back is very useful as you can programme it to call a contact with just one click. Radio is great! Worth knowing that it only takes nano SIM cards.

Ideal phone for an older person as it’s quite basic. Large buttons and loud volume and ring tone which is perfect if slightly hard of hearing. Also the sos button at the back which makes an alarm sound ( you choose which contacts you’d like it to automatically ring and in which order.. whether it be a doctor or just people from your contact list. If the first person doesn’t pick up it leaves a message saying you have an emergency and then automatically rings the next person etc.. until someone picks up) this helps to give peace of mind. Would recommend this phone

Bought for mother-in-law after her home Internet phone died. I wanted to get her a cellular phone as we often have power cuts that drops the Internet. She was very unsure at first but after a walk through and some hands on practice she hasn’t looked back Really easy to use and with call only sims available at £2.50 a month unlimited it really is no brainer.. She’s even started to take it out with her ! So a simple phone for calls and texts ..a cradle for easy charging..big buttons and a clear no nonsense screen ..decent speaker which is clear and loud …and a great price Would definitely buy again

Great phone super easy to use, with large buttons and a simple basic setup. Ideal for anyone wanting peace of mind for an older loved one or young child. Easy to make and receive calls and text messages, and also includes multimedia and radio. Fast charging, lots of functions, sturdy and well made, simple design, clear screen, portable size.

Very disappointed with this phone. Small with no weight to it…more like a children’s toy. However, the worst thing about it is the lack of volume on the ring tone. Even set at its maximum it’s barely audible. Considering this is advertised as being ideal for older users, because of the “large buttons”, even if they have normal hearing they will struggle to hear it.
