Purchased this for my new home and didn’t open it for over a month as I wanted to enjoy it once I moved in. Unfortunately it was not specified that it was for UK Power points only. Now it’s too late to return and I have just wasted $300 on a kettle and toaster.

Looks very nice in the kitchen and you always get a good guarantee with tower down side , sides of toaster get quite hot be careful

Toasts well , but colour is not white in person it is like a creamy off white ivory which makes a big difference if that’s the theme your going for in the kitchen (white and gold ) oh and make sure to buy an uk to aus adaptor plug which they didn’t make clear on ad

It looks stylish with the matching kettle. A little disappointed with the operation of it though. After trying a few times to get the browning right I noticed that the middle elements in all the slots didn’t heat up very much. This meant you had to pop the toast and turn it over to get even browning both sides. It’s automatic for us now, pop, turn and pop again. It definitely works better with cheap sliced bread, although I love Asdas own sliced farmhouse (just a little practise gets the browning right). It’s a time saver being able to do 4 at once, although the popping & turning doesn’t help.

Rubbish, it lasted less than 3 months and now trips a breaker when we try to make toast. You get 1 month to return if faulty, tells you everything you need to know about this product. Contacted for a refund or replacement and have been ignored.
