    We bought this vac to de-fluff the caravan. Great. Works well. Battery keeps it sucking for as long as needed. Light enough to use and travel with. Looks good. Brush on suction head rotates with motor action. Very pleased up to now. Tools include brush and pet hair thing.

    Ever since purchasing this I have had issues!!! I thought I’d give it a good run, mainly as I cannot afford to purchase another, but to see if it lasts or I might slightly become more patient using it, and neither has happened.
    It barely sucks up any debris or dust even when switching settings and it spits everything back out which is the most annoying part! It cannot vacuum anything bigger than a pea. It needs emptying after 1 round of hoovering in a normal-sized lounge, the barrel gets clogged every other time which stops it from working at all, the battery barely lasts 10 minutes no matter how long it has been charged, AND the extra components are completely pointless, they serve no extra help at all.

    I thought it was average value for money considering how it’s advertised, but it is a complete waste of money and a rip off for what it provides (which is nothing). Using my hands does a better job!!
    To top it off, it fell over (on carpet) and has now completely broken and is unfixable (pictured).
    As me and my friends call it, “the world’s worst hoover”!! Save your money and buy something that actually vacuums.
