this a great option to clean wooden laminate lino tiles easy to use even tells you when to empty dirty water tank or if you have run out of clean water has a self cleaning mode has well instruction booklet is pretty easy to follow and the bit of assembly you need to do is straight forward only down side is that the battery seems to take a long time to charge but run time seems quite good and with the bonus of the voice prompt to let you know if you need to do anything it is a neat little floor cleaner and we have tried various products on over the years on our floors and this a good option as we have said the only down side is the charging time we can only guess that tower expect you to keep it plug in but the base does take up a bit of floor space 30 cm by 30cm and you can only charge the it on the base unlike other products where the battery can be charged off the device so pros are good run time cleans really well audio prompts cons battery charging time and no way to charge away from the base and storage could be issue would have been 5 star but for battery and storage

My first impressions of this were pretty silly putting it together using its manual and putting it on charge as you always do with new electricals only to jump when it suddenly said “Charging” very audibly so the voice prompts certainly aren’t a problem (if you know they’re coming). That aside the pre-preparations were easy including filling up the clean water tank and even a test of the self-cleaning to start with before giving its main wet mode a proper use on our very under loved kitchen floor. I can safely say it was able to clean up things that would have been far more bothersome to do without something like this and while it doesn’t last too long on its stronger setting toggling between the two was fine for the small room I was using it in. Admittedly I didn’t bother too much with the dry mode as while it does work I already had a vacuum decided to doing that part of the job. Given that you can theoretically just keep the charging dock on most of the time I imagine this would be pretty useful to have around in busy places especially where shoes might go through often. And so its a big but still quite recommendable for ordinary people and honestly a no brainer for a lot of small businesses.

I’ve now purchased this item twice, and unfortunately, I’ve decided to give up on it. I’ve always been a loyal Tower brand customer, but this particular product has been nothing but trouble.
The first time, the battery drained after just 2–3 minutes of use, and it constantly displayed a message to empty the dirty water tank—even when there was barely anything inside. It also kept saying the cleaner was in an upright position when it clearly wasn’t.
Now, with the second unit, I haven’t even had a chance to use it once. After a full overnight charge, it keeps prompting me to “check the roller” despite it being correctly attached—and it makes an odd noise as well.
Tower, I really wanted to like this product, but there’s clearly something wrong with it. It’s frustrating and inconvenient to keep sending it back. Please take a closer look at the quality and performance of this item.
