It’s a great little machine unfortunately you have to hold down the power button when using so if it using the garment/carpet attachment you have no free hands. It becomes difficult to maintain the pressure on button after a while has hand starts to hurt so no good for people with hand or finger issues

I picked this up as it seemed like a good price for a steamer, but on arrival, I was in agreement with some other reviewers’ comments.
The unit is built well, but capacity is very poor. You are given a cup and a funnel, which are miniature, compared to a steamer I owned previously. The weight is an issue, and you have to press a harsh plastic sliding button, to start steaming, but just trying it out made my finger and arms ache.
The guide tells you not to leave the item on a surface, nor have the power cable hanging from the edge of a table, so where are we supposed to leave this on? In a sink?!
After inserting 1.5 measured cups of water inside, and screwing the cap on, I switched it on, water leaked and spluttered immediately from the top of the unit, and in a panic, I switched it off from the mains, which made the plug spark.
If it is switched on for less than a minute, the unit will lock itself, for protection, until the chamber de-pressurises. Once I emptied the water out, I immediately dried everything and packed it up.
I was not confident about using this, unhappy with the capacity, and had concerns about safety, so initiated a return. I do NOT recommend this Tower steamer.

I find it difficult to use an iron and ironing board so the clean curtains went straight up full of creases. This little steamer got the creases out with little effort although after doing two curtains I’m having a break (age and health issues). I’ve used it on other jobs and it really does clean well. Some have complained about the long wait for it to cool before refilling. If you release all the pressure the cap comes off straight away. Love it!

The product hardly lasts, no matter how long you leave it to heat up even after the Amber light has gone off, as soon as you use it it goes amsver again and stops steaming after less than a few minutes. It’s awkward to use by having to press the button down and up and hold it in that position to use. Overall it is not great value for money.

Works well, the only negative I have is that you have to push down to use the steamer and keep your finger pushed down so can be awkward to use and hurts my finger after a while. The cord is long enough but I do have to move around the room to use.

I recently bought this product because I have ASD and cleaning is a huge sensory trigger for me so find it very difficult when it comes to cleaning .
With this steamer , I no longer have that problem because you just simply steam and wipe clean .
This is such a game changer for me and would highly recommend.
The only thing I’d change is id make it visible where you can see the fill level because doing it blindly is really annoying .

Use to clean my stove, softens burnt on grease etc. Hope to use to clean my kitchen Venetian blinds, ( grease and smoke from cooking has left a brown coating on the plastic slates) waiting for better weather so I can take them outside and suspend from the washing line.
