I am giving this item ONE star not because of an issue with the item, which appears to be fine. Rather, I can NOT get in contact with TravelPro through their website or the Amazon Store! I am TRYING to register my purchase, but the website will NOT let me enter United States as my country. I can find no other way to contact them on the website as it takes me in directions that do NOT allow me to explain my issue. The store here on Amazon is useless as there is no alternate contact information there, either. I am HOPING that someone from TravelPro will see this and reach out about this issue.
UPDATE: There was an issue with the website that kept redirecting me to a page for non-North American users, so I was unable to enter my warranty info. I was able to get in touch with them through Facebook (NOT Amazon) and we got it all worked out.
The two cases in this set appear to be very well made, so let’s talk about them for a moment! I had been carrying a larger case that still fit in the overhead, but it appears that it is better to have a slightly smaller main case and a small case to put underneath the seat. I really look forward to traveling with this new luggage!

This suitcase is the perfect carry on! As cabin bin size goes down and more restrictions are put on carry on weight I found many of my carry ons to be too big. This one fits perfectly in the overhead bin and is surprisingly roomy and sturdy.
