Product worked well for 9 months then the control panel started to fail.At first when you switched the airfryer on at the plug you had to wait maybe 10 minutes and then it worked.Eventually it stopped working all together. This seller is the worst I have experienced.Initially when I reported the fault (which appears to be a weakness with this model) they informed me that they could not help me since it was over 30 days since I purchased it. After that I sent several messages which they ignored, even one requesting details of the manufacturers address to enquire about a refund under warranty. I tried to get details online but couldn’t find anything about Trendi or Artech (the latter being the name on the airfryer). Eventually I phoned Amazon customer services who were extremely helpful. They sent a message to the seller giving them 48 hours to respond. Again they ignored that message and Amazon has promised me a full refund under A-Z guarantee. The seller just responded to that message today telling me to contact Artech. How very unhelpful. Amazon eventually gave me a full refund. Moral of the story is if you have trouble with the seller go straight to Amazon customer services and phone them.

I use the air fryer a lot and got in just before sales of them went wild so paid a good price, think it was c£90.
Pros:
Cooks quickly (especially frozen chicken strips, that kind of thing)
Rotisserie chicken function (although fiddly) is great
Fits nicely on the counter
Good range of cooking methods (3 oven racks, rotating basket, rotisserie etc)
Cons:
Wire racks are a nightmare to clean
Temp control – I end up just whacking everything on high, lower heats seem less effective.

Fantastic product for such a small price.

I love everything about this air fryer, the size (12L) is just enough for 2 people, I’ve made a rotisserie chicken already, I could only get a medium size chicken and was slightly too big but still managed to cook it, small will be better but for 2 people that’s enough. Love the fact you can also make skewers, has 3 shelves and a basket for chips, as it rotates it cooks chips evenly unlike the drawer air fryers. It was a great price and glad to see them come down in price, will be a good replacement for my 2 drawer air fryer and will be used more often.

I’m not big on making or doing reviews my life is pretty hectic 😕 but I do read ALOT of reviews when purchasing something, and really mostly the bad ones, I have things in my basket for weeks even months sometimes until I find the right product for me and the family, I don’t want to get stitched up, I don’t want to waste money and all I really want is something that will do the job no messing, push the button and go, so when looking for an air fryer I had several I’m my basket I read the reviews daily to compare and I did alot of research into what i needed I looked at top end ones like ninja, ones with draws and ones with spit roast functions.what I needed was a no nonsense review which might I add I don’t think I’ve yet to find except the one that guy wrote about veet for men lol very funny, anyway I am very black and white so I needed something like this… can fit an extra large chicken in to feed the family (3 children ages 7-12- and 14) plus 2 adults so big chicken on spitroast no problem, if you want to put anything else in you can’t but get a steamer and potatoes and veg can be cooked cheap on electric too at the same time no problem and that’s Sunday dinner sorted without an oven, it won’t fit a large pizza in unless you cut it up it is only 12l but it’s big enough to 5 steaks and a load of chips for a night or a massive basket of chips on the rotisserie it will feet the family of 5 as long as your smart with how you put stuff in,it does work exceptionally well it is easy to clean and it does cook to perfection, it is cheap to run it does save energy and bills and its not actually that expensive given the accessories you get with it,compares to some of the top end models, and I am very happy with it and it’s performance, most people and the reviews they write bad are really because they have no idea how to use it don’t really know what their doing probably don’t read the very clear instructions and generally can’t be bothered but I promise don’t read the bad reviews try it foe yourself back and white. It works it does the job and it cooks food very well with minimal fat and saves electric and to boot its half the price of a ninja I paid £99 it’s 12ltr space is do-able so good luck and enjoy 😉 UPDATE ALDI PIZZA FITS PERFECTLY TOO LAUGHING.

Well made , looks great but smaller than expected . All the descriptions say 12 L capacity but I am doubtful . All the accessories look good .
