It is compact. Well designed drawer w sturdy handle. Been using it over 3 months. Looks great. Having owned one previously I learnt to clean with only yellow side of sponge and non abrasive products. Really minding this one. The non stick coating is not working well. I have also tried to apply a thin layer of oil bit it still sticks. And we paid attention to ensure it is very hot when starting to cook. Still seeing food stick to it. It is a pain to wash as it needs soaking. I do not recommend scrubbing as it will get worse.
Would love suggestions how to get it less sticky because I love the product and will keep using it.

I had a tower air fryer before always did want I wanted to until it broke.
So decided to buy another one but different make.
I have been surprised at how good this one is seems to cook a lot better than my old one and you can’t go wrong with the price I paid.
    Also very simple to use.

This is a small unit suitable to cooking small amounts of food. The non-stick interior makes it easy to clean with the inner slotted grill rack helping give fairly even cooking from underneath. Cleaning is straightforward and hassle is minimised by the non-stick surfaces, even the grill rack. The grill rack is held in place by 4 silicon rubber which are too easily removed during washing and now one is missing. I thought they were too big to disappear down the plug holes but perhaps not. Paired with a silicon pot to hold messier items, it’s very versatile yet simple to use. Temperature might not go as high as stated but perhaps some pre-heating for a minute would help. Warming bread & pastries, cooking salmon, sausages, bite-sized chunks, roast vegetables and everything else is all good but it can be tricky finding cooking containers small enough to fit. I have noticed some wall discolouration from the exhaust on the back of the unit.

Absolutely nailed it’s first test. Hash Browns came out crispy, golden brown, piping hot and delish.

Can’t wait to see what she can do with a pair of kievs and some wedges.

I thought I’d wait a few months before writing a review as this is a different way of cooking stuff and it takes a while to integrate into your life.

Its very easy to use and the controls are intuitive and sensible making it very quick to get going.

Downsides: The fan is noisy though and its almost a relief when the cooking time is over and it loudly calls time.
Also its not that easy to clean out the basket or the grids as the slots catch whatever cloth or brush you use and the black colour makes it difficult to see the baked on food debris.

Positives: Its fast, cheese on toasted roll in five minutes, warmed up pies, perfect baked potatoes (after a microwave blast), spring rolls, fish fingers, re-heated freezer portions….the list is endless. Almost any dish that you have to wait ten minutes for a conventional fan oven to warm up for before starting can be cooked and on the table in the same time using the air fryer.

Its not that good for steaks but Lamb chops, burgers and sausages did very well. Any meat that requires slow cooking to tenderise comes out better via a slow cooker or an oven casserole.
I’ve not tried making low fat potato chips and similar so can’t comment on those.

Its definitely earned its place in our kitchen as an additional appliance, capable of doing some things better and more quickly than the established appliances. Also, in these days of rising energy prices, it is a way of keeping costs under control.
