Absolutely impressed with all aspects of this company. Was kept up to date every step of the way. Delivery was a day earlier than expected and the man was extremely polite and helpful. My sofa is so comfy and perfect colour. Very easy to put together and get rid of packaging. This sofa is extremely comfortable and not only reclines legs but also goes to a laying position. My only regret was that I never ordered another chair to go with my lovely sofa and now out of stock.extremely good value for money . Will Deff recommend this company for quality of product and service was outstanding

The media could not be loaded.
Delivery was poor wanted to leave it on a wooden pallet out the street in the end pushed it through gate in to garden. I’m disabled live on my own and had to sit in the garden on the floor trying to dismantle everything to bring in in the home bit by bit. The materials are not good and split on the stitches

very pleased with the quality ,looks the part in conservatory ,the price was very good, only drawback is you need 2 people to carry the base into the room required,very heavy. well pleased overall ,great.

I’ll keep it short and simple. Bought two of those, turned out to be very small for starter would I would have lived with it. After 4 months they started sagging and recliner stopped working. We are an elderly couple, our kids are grown up so no jumping on sofas. My other half is partially paralyzed and find sitting on these extremely painful. I explained this to seller, who offered a misery £50 refund which I turned down cause I thought it was an insult. Don’t expect help when these arrive either, because despite the fact they could see my husband is disabled the only do curb side only. Worse experience on Amazon. If I could have given negative stars I would have.
