Wow what a great little phone, big buttons for those who like easier access to a phone thats packed with features. I like thr idea that is has a built in radio which is a handy feature. Easy to use and great for those who like simplicity. I would say mainly aimed for the older adult, but still a great little phone for anybody to use.

I got this for myself as a secondary phone just to run a business sim in, I don’t need any smartphone features just something that can receive calls. The phone is easy to use and the big buttons are easy to prod despite it’s small size.
Call quality is pretty decent which is my primary use case for this.

Love this! There are a lot of big button/dumb phones on Amazon. I chose this because it has a slightly bigger screen than the rest. It’s very light with a big bright screen and a simple menu. Throwback to early 2000s phones.
There’s also a speed dial/SOS button on the back and a few unexpected features like a camera, video recorder and audio recorder. Also connects to Bluetooth and has a built in FM Radio. The phone loudspeaker for calls and the radio is a lot louder than I was expecting.

There are large menu icons and fonts. Even without glasses, my mother can see the screen clearly. The buttons are also quite large and easy to press – ideal for elderly people with arthritis. The charging station is also a very practical idea. My mother had difficulty connecting the phone to the cable, now she just places it on the stand. The battery life is also impressive – my mother uses the phone several times a day and can use it for about 4 days without charging. The SOS button is a real lifesaver. We have set up my mother’s emergency numbers (mine, my brother’s and our neighbor’s). When she fell down once, she was able to get help immediately by pressing this button. The sound quality and volume are also designed for the elderly. The volume can go up to 110 dB, allowing my mother to hear phone conversations despite her hearing impairment.

Got this for my elderly dad, and it’s been perfect for him! The big buttons and clear screen make it super easy to use, and he loves that he doesn’t have to deal with complicated smartphones. The SOS button gives us peace of mind, and the call quality is great. The battery lasts a long time too! If you need a simple, reliable phone for a senior, this is a great choice.

This is a great value phone and harkens back to when phones had buttons, which makes it really easy to use. I also like the cradle, which is much easier to charge the phone than trying to insert a small USB-C cable. Overall, this is a well-designed phone for someone with reduced dexterity and has some great features – like the torch and the SOS button (which will call up to 5 people in an emergency).

Simple 4G phone that I got for my still mentally sharp 99-year old Aunt for emergencies after she had landline issues recently. She can also take it with her when she moves around the flat as a back-up to her medical alert device.
A long time back we got her one of the 2G phones for elderly people just before they phased it out, so we have finally got around to getting her an alternative. Took some time to get her used to it, even though we thought it was very simple to use – at her age she mostly missed out on mobile phones and computers.
She is not using many functions – mainly uses it to call to my wife’s mobile when she is out and does not use SMS. We have shown her how to use call list for the people she regularly calls and to enter other numbers when needed, but not used any other functions. We had a play with it before giving it to her and it struck me how it was a Blackberry size version of the first limited brick-like mobile phone we had in the late 1990s! Similar functions from before smart phones.
She lives in a building with poor reception (1 bar of 4G occasionally and 2 bars of 3G most of the time) but this phone seemed to cope with that as well, if not better, than our smart phones. I do have one gripe about it – left it on the charger stand for a week, but when I went to use it the power indication was at 1 bar. This has only happened once or twice so far, but I have not worked out why it happen – plugging a usb cable in bought it quickly back to full charge, so I suspect an intermittent issue with the charger cradle. Nothing wrong with the phone and it does what it claims well.
