The mobile arrived with a screen protected applied; large type instruction and warranty registration booklet, a 3 pin plug, red fast charge cable and a clear silicon case to protect the side and body of the mobile (I am accident prone so this is an added bonus that was free).
With my limited technical experience; I found it was very easy to transfer everything from my old mobile to this model. I have 124 apps but experienced from starting the transfer files process to completion it took under 45 minutes. Most of the time was spent trying to remember my log in passwords!
I picked this particular model as I wanted was a lighter weight mobile; more memory 12Gb, larger screen, more options when editing pictures and ability to turn on/off the digital wallet (NFC).
I fully charged the mobile and over 25 hours later it needed recharging.
My main requirement is to be able to take pictures when on holiday etc; edit them before sharing with family, friends and on my social media platforms .
The screen size means it is easier to read books online rather than use a tablet or laptop. Although I do not play online games, I can appreciate how a screen that is 6.75 inches/17.14 cm would enhance the experience.
The music played via an online music platform as well my own downloaded music did not distort when played at the loudest volume permissible.
Security is a facial, fingerprint and a pin number and are all very easy to set up.
I am very happy with this mobile and would recommend it to anyone looking for a variety of impressive features and able to take any sim card as it is “unlocked.

Dopo circa 4 mesi di utilizzo, posso finalmente parlarvi di questo mio acquisto. Questo UMIDIGI G9C è davvero spettacolare! Riesce tranquillamente a soddisfare l’uso base “molto base” di uno Smartphone Economico dalle Prestazioni sufficienti per svolgere le Classiche attività quotidiane per una persona che non necessita di grossissime prestazioni da parte dello Smartphone, ma che si accontenta dell’uso base, ma apprezza la durata della batteria. Sappiamo tutti che la parte fondamentale di uno Smartphone Economico è la batteria, perché non chiedendo chissà quanta potenza in sostanza questi Smartphone durano parecchio, e anche questo G9C è dotato di questo valore. Ma cosa si intende per uso base dello Smartphone? Beh, è spiegato qui:

Ragazzi, davvero NIENTE MALE!👌 Devo dire che è abbastanza completo per essere uno Smartphone Economico. Apprezzo il Sensore di Impronte “utile per la sicurezza” che funziona 8 volte su 10, e anche dalla velocità di apertura delle App. Questo mi fa pensare che almeno il Banco di Memoria non è troppo lento, e almeno per il momento funziona comunque bene. Sempre meglio di quello che ho visto in giro, qui si parla davvero di ottima qualità!
CONCLUSIONE: ✔️
A chi può essere utile questo Smartphone? Sicuramente è consigliato a chi non pretende troppo, come una persona molto adulta che si limita ad usare lo Smartphone in modo molto basilare, o per i bambini che iniziano ad andare a scuola. Del resto, non avrei altro da dire, lo consiglio specialmente quando va in Offerta qui su Amazon 🤩

Great battery life but the phone is very laggy, often needs restarting and apps often need reinstalling. The camera is very slow so I have lost a few pictures not realising that I needed to wait so long for it to save.
If you’re an app heavy user then I don’t recommend this phone but if it’s simply for making calls and sending texts this is ideal.
Basically it’s fairly good value for the money (cost me less that £100) but if you’re expecting something that’s more than a phone then you’re expecting too much.
Update: Seller contacted me to offer me a refund because I wasn’t happy and then sent me on a wild goose chase back to the manufacturer for the refund. Obviously, this wasn’t going to happen and was designed to prevent me from requesting a refund through Amazon before the deadline.
Further update: The internals of the charging port have disintegrated meaning it is impossible to charge the phone. This phone is a complete waste of money.
