Pleasantly surprised! The phone is perfect for what we need it for. Granted, using the Internet is difficult as the screen/font is so small, but GPS and all the apps work, and battery lasts a whole day as required. No complaints! I purchased this as a tiny device for YouTube, Whatsapp and Netflix. For that it’s fine, but for anyone thinking the FM radio app may be useful, it is unusable, as it prompts for headphones to be plugged in as an aerial, though there is no headphone jack.

Absolute crap. You can’t login to Google, Play Store, Gmail. Can’t update the apps because of this. Also the phone was quickly losing power whilst plugged in to an appropriately powered charger. It also gets really hot whilst in use and also whilst plugged in. Sent it back the same day.

Trying to install the sim and media cards took some 30 minutes as they kept slipping out of the tray. Then spent two hours trying unsuccessfully to import contacts and read the media card. Nice phone, would have liked to have kept it but met a mountain of problems.
UPDATE
Worked out what I was doing wrong. Now able to copy contacts and media onto mobile. Will keep phone afterall. Have increased stars to a full five.
