   This is cheap. If it was expensive, I wouldn’t give it five stars, but it’s not. It’s very cheap, and it does exactly what I want it to. It’s not an attention-grabbing thing of beauty, and it doesn’t have lots of extra features. It probably wouldn’t survive a lot of throwing about or being stood on. It’s not meant to be that though. It’s for people who want their phone held upright at a range of angles, with the ability to stick a charging cable into the bottom without that getting in the way. On that criteria, it absolutely delivers. It sits on my work desk, and I’m not worried that it’s going to fall over. I have a case on my phone, which stops it from sitting right on the bottom. That’s not a problem, but it might become a problem if the case was much thicker (my phone + case is about 12mm).

   I didn’t actually buy this to use with a mobile phone. I already have a good solid metal stand for that.
   I bought this stand for my iPods and Bluetooth adapter. It does the job perfectly and the adapter tucks neatly through the slot at the back.
   It would probably be OK for a small phone but is too unstable for larger phones. I’m happy with my purchase as it does what I bought it for perfectly but I’ll stick with my trusty solid metal stand for my phone.
   I will probably buy another one for my other iPod but I don’t think I’ll be using it for my phone.

   The actual items themselves are good for the price, bit cheap in the plastic and VERY wobbly if you have a normal sized smart phone, literally bounces with the weight of my Google Pixel 7. Doesn’t feel too stable but I wasn’t expecting quality given what I spent.

   The packaging was hilarious though, stuck the Amazon cardboard envelope to the plastic bag inside so it wasn’t actually sealed, just sort of hanging by a thread. The boxes were all bent and torn but the items weren’t damaged.

   And a side note, mine don’t even look like the ones advertised. Small things like the hole in the back is circular and higher up so the charging wire is bent. Bit weird really.

   Poor product all round.

   Material: plastic, flimsy, too lightweight
   Mechanism: very loud, overly tight
   Function: poor, limited, unbalanced

   The position options are fully dependant on size and weight of the phone and it easily falls over if bumped or nudged lightly.

   The mechanism is overly tight EVERY adjustment makes a very loud clicking noise when. By far it is too loud for an office or any shared space.

   I even tried various phone types and sizes including iPhone, Samsung and Motorola for size, weight, with or without a cover, and got the same results each time

   Not happy with this at all. Especially considering a few pound more will by a similar product of an immensely greater quality.
