يجي معها قطعه للتنظيف الذاتي و قطعه اضافيه لشفط مساحه اكبر ولكن الافضل استخدام الصغيره ليكون قوة الشفط اعلى خزانات الماء حجمها كبير جدا يعطيك اريحيه وما تحتاج تسوي تفريغ متكرر

Bought this ages ago and used for the first time . Can’t believe how much crud it’s taken out of my small carpet Wish the trigger and suction buttons were reversed for easier use but with all the attachments and long power lead it’s dead easy to set up and use

I bought this model after contemplating another make that has been advertised on tv recently but seemed to get a few negative reviews. This is totally brilliant. Suffice to say we are getting a second rescue dog in a couple of weeks and , as he has lived on the streets for at least a year, he is not guaranteed house trained. Having to fetch my big carpet shampooer out of the garage and assemble it previously for pet accidents is really tedious so thought we would give it a go. I am thrilled with it. My neighbour’s new rescue puppy threw up on my rug , so after scooping up the majority of it, used this spot cleaner and it cleaned up in seconds. I have also used it to shampoo the stair carpet as the large one is too cumbersome, again , great results. It’s list of uses is endless. Car mats, sofa arms and seats, small area rugs etc. Don’t expect it to do large areas in one go though, it isn’t what it is designed for. you would have to refill/ empty a few times and rest it periodically. you would also be on your knees , which for me is not something I like to do for prolonged periods. Use it for what it is designed for and you will be as thrilled with it as I am.

Part arrived damaged, requested replacement part and despite FOUR promises to send one immediately, six months later and still no part received. Disappointed Francesca’s team just seemed to have fobbed me off so I didn’t return the full unit. No reply at all from them now the returns deadline has passed. Maybe products are cheaper because they sell seconds / damaged products? Would recommend buy elsewhere

I had an upright carpet cleaner which was cheap but worked well, but it would take me really long to clean after use, with some parts unmovable and therefore trapping debris. I gave it away and bought another upright which is easy to clean. And love it. However, the stairs are a pain to do with a big appliance, and one of my dogs has a bladder issue where she sometimes pees on thing. Picture of the peepee dog here. She peed on a new super shaggy rug. This spot cleaner cleaned it in 10 minutes! And it sucked up the excess water very easily (needs manual pressure but they all do). And it was another 5 min to clean. I think I’ll use it a lot. Pictures: The hose attachment separates so you can clean it properly (the one of the upright doesn’t and wet fluff tends to stick in there forever) The dirty water tank opens completely. I emptied it, sloshed a bit of clean water around, done! You can see how clean it is and how thw fluff and debris are in the sink. The plug has a little groove to clip on. There was a little water left on the appliance, but I picked it up easily with some toilet paper. I am really happy I bought this appliance, after I had researched so much. Hope you will enjoy it too!

Arrived today and I was eager to try it out. I had to screw on the side hook for hose which hopefully won’t break off but only one screw holding it on.. two compartments. One for clean water and other collects dirty water. Easy to fill up with hot tap water and added a capful of carpet shampoo. Easy to use. Press button and water spray went on carpet. The attachment works well with no effort.. Hate to admit but the water collected from my hall rug was very dirty. Very impressed. Will use again tomorrow.
UPDATE. after 2 uses I found it frustrating that the clean water compartment lid does not come off. I would have liked to have dried it rinsed it after use and left the fill hole open to help it dry out and after a few weeks just found that I have scum like markings inside that i have tried to remove with a long handle bottle brush but wont budge. Looks dreadful so have tried to remove the lid only to find it’s tank is sealed. Why on earth does it not have same release lid as the dirty water container. Lovely Amazon lady on phone is contacting manufacturer. I have now been in touch with manufacturer and they are sending out a replacement container. Excellent help from both amazon and Vac

I’ve had my eye on this for a while and the price dropped a bit on Black Friday so I went for it. It’s more powerful than it’s competitors, hence why I wanted this one, and it doesn’t disappoint. Although it’s supposed to be a spot cleaner/for small areas, I’ve done the whole house carpets, rugs and sofas with it with amazing/slightly sickening results albeit at the expense of my wrists, knees and spine. My only criticism is that the larger attachment head is, annoyingly, significantly less good than the smaller one. It sprays a lot of water out but it doesn’t suction back up anywhere near as much water as the smaller head – the removal of the water is the most important part of the whole process so I’ve given up on that large attachment head and I’ll just use the smaller one from now on. Couple of reviews mention it’s not suitable for using on full rooms… It is, it’s great, it’s just that it takes a lot of time and effort to do full rooms, but that’s the offset of not having to store a huge upright machine in your home. This one packs up super small and easy to store.
