It is efficient but quite heavy. It does need to be stored in the holder as it does not stand unsupported on its own. Downside was too much packaging.

Great suction,bit difficult for me to empty. Lightweight. If you put the plus suction on battery goes down fast. You need 2 batteries. Overall happy.

Wish I got a different brand now. It is difficult to empty as dirt stickes to filter so you have to run your hand/fingers over it to get dust/dirt off.
Also you can’t stand it up on its own, as it’s sooo top heavy that you have to lean it against wall/door a certain way or it will fall it the floor. I’ve had vax hoovers before. This is the worse one I’ve had. Out of all the different brands I’ve had. Would not recommend. Battery just drops, instead of counting down minutes it will just drop from 15 to 5 minutes.

It was clear from condition of the outer packaging that this was unlikely to be a new item. Upon opening this was confirmed by the condition of parts and dirt in container and operating parts.
When operation was checked, it started and stopped with motor fault signal. Looking further there was evidence that at least two other people had received this item and returned it.
Not sure where fault lies but very poor.service.
