Wow what an amazing machine and with a 6 year warranty. Well thus does a better job than when we had professionals in. Such an amazing machine very easy to put together, and comes with some carpet cleaner. This machine leaves your carpets almost dry, the suction is unbelievable after the shampoo. I could not believe the colour of the water as I only had it professionally cleaned about 8 month ago. Verygood value for money, the tank holds enough to do 1 5×4 carpet. Off to buy more shampoo today to do the rest of the house. Just buy this if you are looking for an exceptional cleaner.

First time I bought a carpet cleaner. I looked at different brands and ended up buying a Vax as reviews were very positive. Same reviews highlighted a heavy weight but that’s of course the result of having a full 4 litre water tank which adds to the weight. I found that assembly is very easy and so is the cleaning of the tool. I wished that the fresh water tank could be disassembled for easier and quicker drying. Performance is good and suction very strong. It appears quite loud when running but to me that’s the price for getting good cleaning performance. Carpets and furniture are very clean again. The machine came with a 250ml cleaning solution testing bottle from Vax. The cleaning solution worked well which is why I bought the same Vax solution for future use. Not cheap but given the performance I thought I’d rather stay with the same solution. I have used the cleaner 3 times so far and I am very happy with the product.

This was a great deal! It is super easy to set up when you first get it, and it even comes with a little bottle of premium shampoo to get you started. I found it much easier to manoeuvre (compared to my older style vax) and therefore easier and less painful on my bad shoulder. It definitely fluffs up the carpet better with the spinning bristles and it’s just *SO* easy to use! The upholstery attachment has its own little bag, so it’s much neater to store. My old one got chucked away as I was so fed up of it being in the way, just flopping around in the cupboard. But this is neat and tidy. It’s more compact and much lighter than the old style. Great suction and leaves the carpet almost dry, I was actually quite shocked at how dry it was. Great sturdy vax build quality as usual. They never disappoint.

As embarrassed as I am sharing a photo of the water/dirt that came out from using this machine (in only my hall!) I wanted to share as it was incredibly satisfying to see that it was actually cleaning the carpet!
I also tried to upload a photo of the difference it made to the carpet pile in the hall compared to my living room which I hadn’t yet done. As someone with long hair and also two cats the pile had got flattened and matted. This machine not only cleaned but it got rid off all the hair with ease without even clogging up the machine. It really brought the carpet back to life.
The machine is quite loud (so put any pets that might be scared away from it in a separate room) but it is easy to use and manoeuvre, it has a bit of weight to it but it doesn’t make it difficult to use. I’ve not yet used any of the accessories but the machine seems powerful and really did the job with a large water tank so no need to keep filling.
After using the machine, it was easy to take apart and clean. Although keep in mind it is quite large if you’re short on storage or cupboard space.
I highly recommend! Not sure why I didn’t get one sooner!

I have had other carpet cleaners and they’ve just tickled the carpet and been very difficult to clean. This is wonderful! Rotating brush bar , takes apart and very easy to clean. I was a bit concerned that the bush bar is very mobile when replacing after cleaning . I thought I hadn’t replaced it properly as it didn’t really click into place but it’s how it should be. The video (accessed by the qr code on the leaflet) says you need a brush to clean the nozzle but you really don’t. I have just run it under the tap and moved it around at different angles until all the fluff is out. I’m really pleased with it and I can use it on furniture too with the included attachments . Worth every penny!

Wow this carpet cleaner is fantastic.its very sturdy.Easy to put together & take apart to clean after use.its certainly bought life back into my carpet’s.having 2 large dogs & grandchildren,I wish I would have bought it sooner.its super effective but very large.i would have given 5 stars only for it’s weight,it is extremely heavy but I would still recommend.No need to pay hundreds of pounds when you can have this! It is simple to use & my carpet’s were dry within a hour.I was shocked at how dirty my carpet’s actually were,now they are fresh & clean.i used deep clean setting.fantastic product!!

Washed carpet will…. once I’d got the fiddly waste water tank in properly. The separate container for the cleaner is good, but it’s hard to pour left over liquids back into the bottle. Removal of brushes to clean them is great. Removing the front sucking up part is a good upgrade, but it’s hard to remove. The hose could be a bit longer as it doesn’t do the full stretch of 12 straight stairs. The storage bag for the attachments is great. The carpet dries well as they machine removes most of the liquid with a few passes. It is heavy to carry up the stairs, but removing the water tanks helps. It’s a shame the machine doesn’t have a handle to help with the lifting process. Great, long guarantee. Good value for money.
