Had sofa 5 months. Stitching came undone Contacted seller, they asked for photos, then no correspondence at all. Had to ask amazon to get involved

We waited longer than was told to receive these sofas, they are hard and very uncomfortable the sofas had broken within 2 weeks and the seller is expecting me to pay for the return when I am already £600 put of pocket. They also offered me a £60 refund for the late delivery which I am still waiting to receive. The returns label I have been given is for the post office, like I am going to be able to carry a 2 seater and 3 seater into the post office to return them. If I could give a minus or no stars I would.

Top quality sofas. Firm cushions which spring back into shape. The sofas look amazing. I got a 2 seater and a 3 seater. Everyone says how great they are and really comfy with lots of cushions. Fantastic.

I purchased 2 x 2 seater sofas which arrived quickly and was delivered to 2nd floor flat without any problems. Sofas are a great size for my living room which is fairly small, and the couch and cushions are lovely with a great pattern on the back sofas. Seller was easy to get hold of and responded quickly and was very helpful

Looks nice but isn’t comfortable at all, the cushions u rest your back on are filled with ripped up foam, so when u take off to wash it gets everywhere, made very unprofessional.

Over the moon with the corner sofa. Hammad and omar were keeping us up to date with delivery and couldn’t be any more helpful thank yous. Would definitely recommend and was delivered before delivery date.
