I believed, that there was a three year guarantee! Well, I have checked the item with the problem page- but have not been contacted. Great, when it worked but it stopped working after I had for just over a year!! Buying a expensive item like this- I don’t expect it to stop working. Please contact me- I have bought a cheaper blade as I need it. I am disabled and loved the fact that the jug is plastic and light. Please contact me. Sincerely Lucinda Dymoke White

Product arrived safely and as it should be.

I’ve had a Vitamix TNC for 13 years, and this was its replacement. I found there was an issue with the new, low rise 2 litre jug having a wider base than the traditional tall 2 litre jugs, and therefore not pulling ingredients down into the blades/ blending properly.

I contacted Vitamix customer service who could not have been less interested. I’m still waiting a week later for an email with instructions on how to deal with this. TBH, the FB group for Vitamix users was a lot more helpful. The solution appears to be to buy a smaller jug…. more outlay.

The model itself is fine, though very loud at any speed. I preferred the old TNC, for being quieter, more versatile, and not needing different jugs to cope with different amounts. This feels like a disappointing step down at double the price.
