I primarily wanted a coffee maker of this type to make 2 standard size mugs. I worked it out that I would need one that says it’s for 12 expresso mugs, have tried it out once and it does indeed make 2 proper size mugs. Seems to work well comes with spare seal and filter, dribbles down the side a bit from spout when pouring but this is fairly common for these type of coffee makers. Construction quality maybe not quite up to other smaller size makes but still plenty good enough and good price compared to them as well. Overall very pleased with it.

On my first use, the handle fell off as soon as I lifted the pot. I burned myself with hot coffee. Tried to report this and get a refund but the automated message bot the seller has setup just sends you in a loop. I cannot stress this enough – I used this as directed and the HANDLE FELL OFF. Obviously of very poor-quality and lesson learned. Horrendous post purchase care. I’ve had prime for years and purchase many things, I don’t often run into issues, if I do, sellers are responsive and present. They don’t just use chatbots to send paying customers in a loop with no help. Clearly just money grab drop ship from the seller, doubt they’ll even check their emails for the report I sent to them, the response time stated was 11 days!

Superb results. I used the drip system that all Vietnamese people use for our iced coffee, but after using this with the same coffee grounds the results were unreal! Smooth, rich, and not bitter. A must buy.

The only way to brew coffee. In the past I’ve always bought the expensive branded pot, never again! This brand is superb, great quality for an amazing price. Also, a good size for 2 big mugs. I like the spare filter too.

Our old coffee machine is away for mending, so we used a 2 cup version of the coffee pot we have just bought. The coffee was fantastic with no bitterness. We decided to get a 6 cup size. It takes some time to heat up cold water rather than hot water but the results are excellent. I do use hot water if wanting a quick result.

– doesn’t take long to make the coffee, simply put grounds in filter piece, put water in the bottom part, screw the top on and pop on the stove! – super easy to clean! – we’ve had for 7 years and it is like still going strong….(other than the handle falling off but that is not stopping us from loving it!😄😊🤓🤷♀️🤷♀️)
I could go on and on about my wife and her LOVE for the cup of coffee she makes with this! But I am not going to. Instead I’ll give the recipe she uses and you can make it yourself👌

Mokka pots make the most incredible coffee, dead easy to use even when you’ve just hauled yourself out of bed on a Monday morning and half your brain is still on the pillow. Takes longer to make a pot that a cafetière and a kettle but the 13-15 minute wait gives the time over to doing other things of the morning routine before returning to something that is worth the wait. My 75 year old mother and 11 & 5 year old children love coffee and all say that coffee made this way is simply amazing. Treat yourself.
Had this for about three months and it’s shown no signs of wear. Mostly used on a ceramic hob which hasn’t discoloured the pot and it had a week on a gas hob in a caravan that only marginally put a gold shine to the underside so it’s been tested in that respect and held up. Makes very hot coffee (be careful the first time you use this) and keeps warm if you’re having multiple mugs to yourself 😈. Mine has travelled somewhat and has survived being packed and unpacked.
Extremely happy with this product, will buy again. But doubting that will be anytime soon as the one perishable part (the silicone seal) a spare is provided

I’ve used this twice now. Once on the gas hob at home and once on a camping stove with no issues each time. It’s easy to use -add water, add coffee and heat. Remove when gurgling. Makes great tasting coffee. The coffee pot feels solid and well made. A weak point for me is the hinge on the lid looks cheap. It works but could be better. The part that hold the coffee also feels a little flimsy. Again it works but I think it’s a area that money has been saved on. It comes with a couple of spare filters and seals, along with the one already installed. For it’s price point it’s good. It will make a good travel pot or for general home use.
