A versatile machine. It can use ground coffee and various makes of pods, the temperature can be changed, it can also be set to a fill level for your favourite cup. The instruction manual supplied is easy to follow.

I am utterly delighted with my purchase of this machine. I did a lot of research, and was at first a bit wary of opting for a machine with only a handful of reviews, but I’m glad I did. I wanted a compact and attractive machine which didn’t offer endless complicated functions, and this one is just about perfect. It includes adapters for several different types of pod, plus ground coffee. In the two weeks that I’ve owned it, I’ve used Nespresso pods and Dolce Gusto pods, both of which have performed perfectly. I love that you can vary the strength by making a small, medium, or large cup. I have a friend who was really dubious because she felt espresso would be too strong and harsh for her, but I used a pod variety with a strength level of 4 in a large cup, and she thought it was delicious. The machine is easy to use and simple to clean, and it will pay for itself in around six weeks.

I never write reviews but this was bought to replace a Nesspresso machine. This is the best coffee machine I have ever owned !!!! This is is just perfect, it performs well the coffee temperature is perfect. It’s super easy to use and the choice of different capsules is unbeatable. My boys do get to enjoy it too with the galaxy instant chocolate capsules. It’s versatile, easy to use, I couldn’t live without it. I bought it also because someone mentioned the customer service was excellent so it was reassuring. if it broke down in 3 month I would buy it again without hesitating. Great piece of kit if you like coffee in all shape or form. Very good value for money too. My favorite gadget in the kitchen now!

Bought this three months ago, thought I’d use it for a while and get used to it before writing a review. Plus side – For the price, I think it’s good value. I like the idea of having different adapters instead of having to use just Dolce Gusto pods, I like ground coffee occasionally. Very easy to use, switch on, use a combination of button pressing to choose your heat settings, the three buttons dispense different volumes of water, for instance, if you have a latte that uses two pods, one for the coffee, the other two for your milk depending on your size of cup/mug. Unlike my last coffee maker, this one stops dispensing automatically on each setting.
Minus side – and this isn’t a complaint as it’s just my preference – I like my coffee hotter than the highest setting on the machine but 15 seconds in the microwave sorts that out.
If you want a reasonably price machine with basic settings, that’s very easy to use, it’s really good value, if you’re a ‘coffee snob’? spend more money!

Looked good,adaptors for different coffee pods, neat size but when I tried to do the cleanse before initial use as advised the water leaked from the bottom casing & not through machine to cup. Tried a few times but have returned. Ordered same again in the hope this was just a one-off faulty machine.
UPDATE. I have now received replacement coffee machine which works brilliantly! Coffee machine is very easy to use & adapters for different pods or ground coffee very handy. The size of coffee maker is neat but with a good sized water tank which is easily removed to fill or top up. 3 different cup sizes which can be also be customised to suit your own preference. Customer service is amazing & quick to respond with frequent messages of updates on replacement etc. I would highly recommend this coffee maker.
