I purchased a reclining chair for my husband from Facebook marketplace for his up and coming knee surgery. It was a lovely chair but didn’t quite fit in with our decor so I purchased this chair cover to help. In all honesty I thought it would be ‘ok’ and make it less obvious but it’s actually turned out to be great! It comes in 4 parts – 2 x arms, middle section and back section. The very bottom of the back section doesn’t quite sit perfectly but it doesn’t look too bad either.
It’s the same sort of velvety material as my sofas and feels very soft.
I’m hoping they wash ok but I haven’t tried yet.
I’m very happy with how it turned out.
The chair was £50 and the covers were an Amazon return so only cost £15 – now I have a VERY stylist and practical chair ready for my husband’s recovery. ❤️🩹

Super pour mon canapé 3 places Ektorp d’IKEA. J’ai mis seulement 20min à l’installer toute seule. Je n’ai pas pu passer les sangles sous le canapé (trop lourd), ce qui explique que la housse remonte au niveau du bas du canapé. A voir à l’usage mais la housse semble de bonne qualité. Par contre, elle n’est pas imperméable.

It came in a sturdy zipped up pouch. It’s thin, very stretchy and it fit easily over my sofa which is slightly smaller than the dimensions of the cover. The red tabs indicating the back are handy. It comes with foam tubes to help you cinch the cover down between the cushions / arms of your sofa and straps to keep it in place underneath. I haven’t used these as i only bought the cover to keep pet hair off my new sofa overnight – so I’m pleased it’s easy to slip on and off. As I’m only using it as a protective cover I’m not too fussed about what it looks like, but it is very shiny and more silver than grey, creases up so it looks more like crushed velvet, feels very soft and slippery! I wouldn’t use this as a permanent furnishing in my home, but as an occasional cover to protect my sofa from the cats it’s ok.

I bought the chair cover to go over quite a large armchair and it’s surpassed my expectations. It’s was really easy to fit, took only ten mins of adjusting, it looks great. This has saved me a small fortune as I was considering buying a new chair. I would highly recommend.

This item was so easy to fit onto the sofa and made such a difference to the look of the sofa and the room. The cover is also a good quality material considering it was reasonably priced. A really good buy.

I like the colour and texture of this recliner cover. It’s nice and soft and good quality. It’s not that easy for one person to fit. I have managed to sort of fit it but it needs someone else to finish it off. But on the whole I’m very pleased.

This cover is excellent! It fit perfectly on my chair and gave it a fresh new look. Even after several washes with cold water, the colour didn’t fade at all – it still looks brand new. Really happy with the quality and durability. Highly recommend!

Quality is great, really soft, looks amazing and fits the sofa really well. My only issue is that the ‘Blackish Green’ colour that I ordered is definitely more of a Teal and has blue tones. So it’s a bit misleading. It looks a lot more blue on camera though (in photos provided) in person it does have a slightly more green tinge to it. For reference the middle cushion in the photo is a dark green. Luckily it still suits the lounge but I would have preferred a green colour than teal. Other than that I can’t fault it, highly recommend to give your sofa a new luxurious look.
