Die erstklassige Rostschutzbeschichtung und die feste Stangenanordnung tragen zusätzlich zur Robustheit bei. Für zusätzliche Sicherheit ist ein Kippschutzset im Lieferumfang enthalten, was die Möglichkeit bietet, das Regal fest an der Wand zu verankern – eine Funktion, die angesichts der vielen Schrauben zur Befestigung besonders effektiv ist.
Die Montage war ziemlich einfach, da alle notwendigen Komponenten, eine klare Anleitung, Montagewerkzeug und nummerierte Teile mitgeliefert werden. Die wasserdichte und kratzfeste Oberfläche ist zudem leicht zu pflegen, was praktisch im Alltag ist.
Optisch überzeugt das Regal mit seinem Charme. Die Kombination aus industriellen Holzregalen und einem schwarzen Metallrahmen verleiht dem Raum Eleganz.
Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Verpackung. Es ist bedauerlich, dass jedes einzelne Teil separat in einer Plastikverpackung geliefert wird. Hier hätte dünnes, einfaches Papier als Trenner ausgereicht, um Kratzer während des Transports zu vermeiden und gleichzeitig die Umweltbelastung durch Plastikmüll zu reduzieren. Dies ist ein Punkt, den der Hersteller für zukünftige Produkte nochmal überdenken sollte.

Comes well packed with clear instructions and everything you need to put this together. The only extra tools you might need is a drill if you want to secure the shelf to your wall which is recommended if being used around young children to prevent the unit from being tipped over if they try to climb up the shelves.
This is a simple and minimalist 5 shelf bookshelf unit with a metal frame and wooden shelves and once assembled feels pretty solid and while it has some weight to it, its pretty easy to pick up and move around. The shelves are a decent size being 30cm x 57cm with a 32cm space between them so you can store a fair bit on them. This took me around 30 to 45min to put together and you will need a fair bit of space as you need to lie this down on the floor but its at least easy enough to put together by one person if a little awkward at times.
I do have some minor criticisms though, mainly with the supplied hex key and bolts which are made from pretty soft alloy and tends to chew up the bolt holes as well as the end of the hex key when you do the final tightening so some care needs to be taken to not over tighten the bolts. the square metal blocks that join the frame pieces together were a bit awkward to line up with the bolt holes and screw the bolts in so i found it was best to finger tighten the bolts to allow some movement and once the bolts are in place to then tighten them.
All in all this is a decent enough shelving unit for the price and was just right for my use in my small sitting room, perhaps a 4.5 star rating due to the minor issues i mentioned above.

I’m so pleased with this 5 tier bookshelf. The colour looks really good in my office and it offers a decent amount of storage. It’s a nice height and seems sturdy, although don’t expect your cats to be able to go climbing and not risk the possibility of it toppling over. It took me about an hour to get it assembled and I think it’s decent value for money for the price.

Klasse Regal und dabei sehr stabil. Lässt sich schnell aufbauen, könnte auch als 2 kleine Regale allein da stehen, wären noch 4 Bodenstopper vorhanden. Ist aber als ein großes Regal angedacht und auch so aufgebaut. Holzbretter sind sehr dick und stabil, so habe ich mir das Regal vorstellt, wunderbar 🙂
