When we unboxed the vacuum we had difficulty attaching the stick to the head unit, especially when following the provided instructions. However once we watched a YouTube video it was much clearer. Have vacuumed a rug, Holland blinds, cat fur off a cushion and carpet. Am very impressed with how clean these things are after being vacuumed. The vacuum does a thorough job. Although still wondering if the battery will do up to an hour?

Terrible. Vacuum was clearly reconditioned not new. Stopped working soon after purchase and could not return as seller was no longer at the address. That goodness for Amazon’s great customer service as they refunded my money

One of the best purchases I have made in recent memory for the house, works brilliantly and is very convenient to use. The laser is also very helpful to see the dust. Can be a bit heavy for some people for extended use, but otherwise no complains at all.

potente ma pochi accessori, manca lo snodo che è fondamentale per arrivare sotto al letto, nella versione per l’Italia mi è stato spiegato che Dyson mette meno accessori che in altri paesi, verificato sul sito Dyson.
Peccato perchè visto il prezzo credo che l’ snopdo dovesse essere incluso essendo un accessorio fondamentale.

Fantastic. I have two Beardies in the house. We have just recarpetted the house after a major rebuild, internal insulation and heating system. During the last 20 years of owning and loving Beardies I have never found a vacuum that could cope with their hair. The brushes clog, the hoses clog. I have tools to unclog and de-hair brushes. My four other quality named brands of vacuum cant cope with this. Most cant cope with the hair and now the high pile is making the job harder.
Fed up with claims of untaggling superior suchtion etc etc. I bought a Dyson V15 as a last ditch to clean the car and carpets in the house. It works it really does. I have vacuumed the house throught out its a big old victorian school house so some large rooms. I had to empty the machine many many times, but the brush doesnt have a hair in it, all in the dust box. Next was the car, months of lose hair under the rear seat just vanished into the Dyson. I can’t recomend the machine enough. light easy to use packs into the stand which I bought to hold it all in one place so easily. Yes it is expensive, yes there is a lot of hype etc etc. but beyond all that is a machine that works and can cope with all I ask it to do.

Some parts look different and the charger didn’t fit.

Absolutely brilliant lightweight powerful vacuum!! Easy to use and charge. 🤩 And a lot quieter than I had imagined or anticipated! Highly recommend. It vacuums Siberian long hair cat fur well and my long below shoulder length hair doesn’t get caught up in it either. Collects soooo much! Pricy, but worth it.
