I had this product for nearly two years. Just under the warranty that it comes with and a part became broken. The company have been really helpful at supplying me with a new part. I use it all of the time so was devastated when the part broke, I was so pleased to be able to have a new part for me to continue to cook. Really great item and company to buy from, thanks so much.

5 months and the whisk attachment has broken. It’s not robust enough for real world use so save your money and get something else.

This is very good but I can’t understand how they never thought about it rolling around the kitchen surface when you need to put it down for a moment. It has no stable side to sit on.
