I’m a loyal Kipling fan of the past 20+ years so had and sold many bags. For a while now, I’m been looking for something specific: work and day to day, large enough for work iPad and other everyday stuff and things but not a large tote. Dual straps that would comfortably go on the shoulder – the biggest challenge on a medium bag. I tried and returned a few. I was almost there with the Amiel, which I loved but the straps were not long enough. Had looked at the Defea many times but always disregarded it. Not sure why. Gave it a whirl at the weekend and wished I’d found it sooner. It ticks every box! Unbelievably spacious inside, even for a Kipling. No key chain but two pens slots, which is good. One of the best bits is the front pockets which I’ve filled with inhaler, hand gel, hand cream, tissues, lip balm, etc. but they don’t get any bigger, there’s no bulge. I bought it in Tender Sage Green which is a gorgeous neutral but none boring colour. Absolutely love it, can’t fault it and will invest in a darker colour option also. Going to buy one for my mum too when it’s her birthday.

I ordered the defea bag as a replacement for the defea bag I had as the zip broke (it was 4 years old, it had a good innings) However they have changed the design slightly, it is slightly smaller and the front pockets are not double pockets anymore, but the most disappointing thing is it no longer has the tether with clip on the inside of the bag which I used to attach my purse to which is the main reason I liked to purchase Kipling bags, I liked the security of my purse being attached in case I dropped it or to prevent anyone trying to snatch it. Not sure why they have removed this

What can I say but wow, I’m really impressed with the quality, from the material to the zips . There’s plenty of storage for my blood glucose kit, hypo snacks, inhaler, mobile, house keys, purse etc. Liking the keyring D on the side of the bag which I’ve clipped my mp3 case to it.
I needed a bag which I could use as a cross body bag but also with handles to carry. The bag is just perfect.

Originally ordered an Art Mini but found the ‘attached’ handles (rather than the detachable cross body strap) were too short to go comfortably over the shoulder and had to return it. Ordered the Cool Defea, straps slightly longer so did the job. Comfortable bag, holds quite a bit. Very pleased. Same seller both times; very good service.

Para quienes no les gustan los bolsos muy grandes pero necesitan llevar algunas cosas que no cabrían en un bolso pequeño, como un iPad, por ejemplo.
Se puede llevar tipo bandolera gracias a la correa regulable, para tener las manos libres o sentarse en una terraza sin miedo a que te roben el bolso.

Mi è piaciuta tanto. Comoda. Ha due tasche davanti dove può alloggiare il cellulare, una tasca dietro grande. Una all’interno con zip. E se non ho visto male due alloggiamenti per le penne e due taschine aperte ( senza zip). Insomma molto carina e interessante e io l’ho comprata su Amazon seconda mano. Purtroppo mi è arrivata macchiata all’interno e con la cinghia consumata.
Ho fatto il reso.
Questa tipologia di borsa ( cool defea Kipling) però, la consiglio, è davvero pratica e bellina. Sicuramente la riacquisterò nuova

Joli sac pratique avec ses poches mais la couleur est légèrement plus foncée en réalité. Il correspond aux dimensions indiquées sur le site. Amazon proposait ce sac a un prix plus qu’intéressant donc, je n’ai pas hésité.

The color in the photo is different. Remember that this is lavender blush. I was disappointed initially because I expected more of a pinkish kind of blush. Eventually, I came to like it. It’s a reliable bag.
