I ordered this car seat for my grandson, it arrived with mould and mildew on it. Try’s to get a replacement to no avail, eventually after several online chats and phone calls I managed to have it collected and refunded. Have since purchased elsewhere. Still awaiting an apology for an unacceptable unhygienic product, only apology received has been for the inconvenience
