I ordered two of these bags, one for myself and one for my daughter. I did not notice until recently when i needed the bag for a trip that the stiching on one of them was defective before i had even used it! Unfortunately i am unable to return it as the date has now past for the return. I would like to find out how i can get a replacement?

Size is perfect. Colour is as my photo (matches my gronde hair). Very light weight but feels like a serious bag.
It’s sturdy, well structured, brilliantly organised; security catches! This is a perfect hand/ cross body/ belt bag. I love its versatility – guaranteed elegance. Perfect size for me. Just purchased one in black.

No pensé que lo fuera a usar tanto. Sustituye a la billetera, cabe el móvil, dinero, llaves, una batería extra y boli, lápiz de labios y cosas así. Bien compartimentada. Los cierres sos estupendos y evitan el ‘despiste’ por parte de otros hacia tu bolso si está sujeto a una silla por ejemplo.
